Our Certified Anger Management Specialists are ready to help you. We integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) via our "Anger Lab," which utilizes the court-recognized "What’s Good About Anger?" curriculum to support 6th District (Markham) court-mandated Course Completion Requirements.

Structure: 1 hour weekly sessions over 12 weeks.

We provide fresh, balanced meals tailored to the needs of seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities, 62+ years of age. Beyond Nutrition, the TTLS Food Delivery Program fosters connection, independence, and peace of mind for seniors and their caregivers.
